Cancellation Policy

At Pure Stitch, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations as fairly and efficiently as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us at the earliest opportunity, preferably before the order has been packed or dispatched. Cancellations requested before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled online; you may refuse delivery or initiate a return under our Refund Policy after receiving the item. Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. We reserve the right to review each cancellation on a case-by-case basis. Pure Stitch reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice, and any such changes will be posted on this website.
